I added this to make it easier to switch to my maintenance user. The shortcut points to tsdiscon.exe in the c:\windows\system32 folder. tsdiscon.exe does not come with Windows 7 Home Premium, so I downloaded it from a link on this tutorial page.
According to Microsoft forums, this program is only for disconnecting from a remote session, but it seems fine for disconnecting from a local session.
Procedure: Get tsdiscon.exe and put it into c:\windows\system32 folder. Then create a shortcut to it. I put the shortcut on the start menu.
