NetBeans is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for software developers. It is the most commonly used IDE for Java programmers, but also works with pretty much any programming language I use. NetBeans eliminates the need for manual build scripts and provides a debug environment. I installed it on both my desktop and laptop to help me out in my effort to learn Java programming.
